The wines “The Boxer”, “two Left Feet”, “The Violinist” were all awarded “Top Best Value Wine” internationally.The winery is in beautiful scenic McLaren Vale. The vineyards are situated on the magical Seaview Ridge, with its ancient soils and Mediterranean climate. All of the grapes are grown sustainably. Mollydooker strives to make wines that make people go “Wow!” through attention to detail and commitment to excellence: from its Marquis Vineyard Watering Programme to the special and recognizable labeling of each bottle. Complex and expressive, the boxer exudes vivacity whilst maintaining great length. Bright maraschino cherry, fresh plum, rich dark chocolate and liquorice max out the flavour spectrum. The tannins are fine, the fruit is soft and the flavours tickle the taste buds. Consistently impressive and seriously good, this wine is not short of character. "Juicy notes of ripe black cherry and spiced plum are thick and velvety, oozing with details of baking spices, tobacco and Earl Grey tea on the finish. Concentrated and complex.
